3.1 The Committee conducted a Pre-appointment Hearing of the Welsh Government’s preferred candidate for the position of Chair of the Welsh Revenue Authority, Ruth Glazzard.
4 Motion under Standing Order 17.42 (ix) to resolve to exclude the public from from items 5, 6, 9, 10 and 11; and the start of the meeting on 29 September 2022

5 Pre-appointment hearing for Chair of the Welsh Revenue Authority: Consideration of evidence
5.1 The Committee considered the appropriateness of the preferred candidate.
6 Post-EU funding arrangements: Consideration of draft report
6.1 The Committee agreed the draft report with minor changes.

7.1 The Committee took evidence from the Auditor General for Wales; Chair of the Wales Audit Office; and Audit Wales officials.
7.2 Audit Wales agreed to provide further details at the appropriate time on the actual costs for:
· the audit of the Welsh Government's 2020-21 accounts.

8.1 The Committee took evidence from the Auditor General for Wales; Chair of the Wales Audit Office; and Audit Wales officials.
